Following successful pre-application discussions, planning permisison was granted for the redevelopment of an existing dwelling to deliver a high quality apartment scheme. The scheme subsequantly won the International Property Wards Best Residential Development of 2 – 9 units. The archtiect was Vita Architects and the developer was Vita Group London.
